We're looking for an experienced Pension Payroll Administrator to join our growing Bulk Purchase Annuity (BPA) Operations team.
This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in the administration and delivery of pension payroll services for BPA customers. You'll help ensure pension payments are processed accurately and on time, while delivering excellent service to policyholders, pensioners, trustees and internal stakeholders.
Working as part of a collaborative team, you'll support the administration of pension payroll activities, resolve queries, perform calculations and reconciliations, and help maintain the high standards of service and governance expected within a regulated financial services environment.
About the role
- Administering BPA pension payroll activities, including new pensioner set-up, amendments and cessations.
- Processing payroll calculations, tax deductions, pension increases, arrears, recoveries and one-off payments.
- Completing payroll checks, reconciliations and validation activities to ensure accurate and timely payments.
- Maintaining high-quality customer and payroll data.
- Responding to queries from policyholders, pensioners, trustees and internal colleagues.
- Supporting payroll-related reporting, communications and audit activities.
- Assisting with the implementation of new BPA schemes and payroll transitions.
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance customer outcomes.
- Supporting vulnerable customers and delivering good outcomes aligned to Consumer Duty requirements
