About the role

  • Lead organisational change management activities across strategic programmes, ensuring successful adoption and lasting outcomes.
  • Assess the impact of change on people, culture, processes and ways of working, developing plans to mitigate risks and maximise success.
  • Design and implement change strategies that drive stakeholder engagement, organisational readiness, behavioural change and business benefits.
  • Partner with programme, project and business teams to embed change management activities within delivery plans.
  • Enhance RLAM's change management framework, methodologies, governance, toolkits and best practice guidance.
  • Act as a trusted adviser to senior leaders, sponsors and delivery teams, providing coaching and guidance on effective change leadership.
  • Leverage AI, automation and digital tools to improve change effectiveness, insight generation and adoption reporting.

About you

  • Proven experience delivering organisational change management within complex environments across strategic, operational, regulatory or technology change programmes.
  • Strong understanding of change management principles, including stakeholder engagement, organisational readiness and adoption strategies.
  • Forward-thinking, with experience using change technology, AI and automation to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Experience developing change management frameworks, methodologies, centres of excellence or organisational capabilities.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to engage credibly at all levels, including senior leadership.
  • Skilled in delivering communication, engagement, coaching, training and adoption activities that support successful outcomes.
  • Comfortable operating as a subject matter expert, providing specialist leadership and guidance across multiple initiatives.
