We’re seeking a senior Head of Financial & Capital Management to play a critical role within our Irish Management Company (ManCo). This is a highly strategic and regulated position, responsible for overseeing capital adequacy, liquidity, and financial governance, ensuring the business operates in line with Central Bank of Ireland requirements.
Acting as the Designated Person (PCF39A), you’ll provide robust oversight, challenge and assurance across financial management activities, supporting strong governance and enabling the continued growth of our European operations.
About the role
As Head of Financial & Capital Management, you will take ownership of the firm’s capital and financial management framework, operating as a key link between the ManCo Board and internal and external stakeholders
Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing capital adequacy and liquidity, ensuring the firm maintains sufficient financial resources under both normal and stressed conditions
- Leading ICAAP, stress testing and wind-down planning, presenting clear insights and recommendations to the Board
- Providing effective oversight of delegated financial activities, including third-party providers and administrators
- Ensuring timely and accurate prudential and regulatory reporting, maintaining strong governance and controls
- Producing high-quality Board and Committee reporting on capital, liquidity, and financial performance
- Acting as a senior point of contact with the Central Bank of Ireland, including regulatory engagement and inspections
- Managing statutory accounts, audit processes, and financial reporting obligations
- Collaborating across Designated Persons to ensure integrated governance and effective oversight across the ManCo
- This is a PCF role requiring strong presence, accountability, and demonstrable oversight in line with regulatory expectations
About you
You are an experienced finance leader with a strong background in regulated financial services, ideally within asset management, funds, or a ManCo/AIFM/UCITS environment.
You will bring:
- Significant experience in capital adequacy, liquidity management, and financial governance
- Strong understanding of prudential regulation and operating within a regulated environment
- Proven experience delivering clear, impactful reporting to Boards and senior stakeholders
- Experience overseeing third-party providers with structured monitoring and effective challenge
- The credibility and capability to operate in a Designated Person (PCF) role, or readiness to step into one

- A strong communicator, able to translate complex financial and regulatory topics clearly
- Detail-oriented, with high standards of governance and accountability
- Confident in engaging with regulators and senior stakeholders
