We’re hiring a brand‑new Process Reinvention Lead to help shape the future of how work gets done at RLAM. This is a rare opportunity to define and lead a new capability at the intersection of business transformation, process excellence and AI enablement.

 

The Process Reinvention Lead will be a hands‑on role in understanding how processes work today, challenging established ways of working, and designing future‑state processes, operating models and role structures that are fit for the future.

 

As a key member of the Data Transformation team, this role owns the full process reinvention lifecycle, from demand intake and prioritisation through to delivery, adoption and value realisation. Working closely with senior leaders, strategy teams and data/AI colleagues, you’ll help build a data‑led, scalable process reinvention capability across RLAM, championing strong data visualisation and measurable, bottom‑up business outcomes.

 

This role is ideal for someone from a consultancy or transformation background, or an internal change leader, who is excited by the chance to create something new, influence at senior level, and leave a lasting legacy in how RLAM operates.

 

About the role

 

  • Lead the Data & AI Process Reinvention capability, including direct line management of one resource and collaborating with other business colleagues.
  • Build, develop and maintain the skills, capacity and maturity of the process reinvention team.
  • Set clear ways of working, and quality standards for process reinvention delivery.
  • Continuously evolve the Process Reinvention offering in partnership with the Data & AI leadership and business stakeholders, including bottom-up demand management, triage, prioritisation and delivery approach.
  • Ensure that all reinvention initiatives are value led, automation ready and insight driven using latest process design trends.
  • Oversee the effective use of RLAM capabilities relating to:
    • Process mining and analytics
    • Workflow orchestration and automation
    • Predictive and adaptive AI models
  • Continuously evolve methods, tools and approaches to drive innovation
  • Contribute to learning and training of other colleagues
 

 

About you

 

  • Background in financial services or asset management experience, to understand both current constraints and future possibilities in the sector.
    Proven cross-industry experience in AI-led process re-invention and/or large-scale process change
  • Strong understanding of how data, analytics, automation and AI enable process reinvention
  • Strong experience with process mapping, process mining, design thinking and service design
  • Understanding of financial services operating models, risk and regulatory environments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    Strong senior stakeholder engagement and influence
  • Confident and effective communicator
  • Strategic, innovative and outcome focused mindset
  • Collaboration with ability to mentor colleagues
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work with ambiguity
  • Able to work effectively with ambiguous, poorly defined problems under minimal supervision
